We offer driveway and patio services including block paving, tarmac, gravel, concrete, landscaping, and other related work. All services are subject to availability and site inspection.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are free and no obligation. Once a quote is accepted, the price is fixed unless the scope of work changes. If changes are needed, we’ll discuss and agree any extra costs before continuing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed in your quote or contract. We accept cash, bank transfer, or cheque. Final payment is usually due upon completion of the work.
4. Guarantees
All work comes with a 7-year guarantee, covering materials and workmanship. The guarantee may be void if the surface is damaged by external causes (e.g. heavy equipment, oil spills, poor drainage, tree roots, etc.).
5. Site Access and Responsibility
You agree to provide safe access to your property during the work. We are not responsible for damage caused to hidden or unmarked pipes, cables, or other underground systems unless we have been informed in writing beforehand.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel after confirming your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation is made too close to the start date.
7. Use of Website
The content on our website is for general information only. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don’t accept liability for any errors.
8. Privacy
Any personal information you provide is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled through the Irish legal system.
